Application Instructions

Please read carefully

1. New HRYRA member you must create a new account
2. HRYRA members from last year must Login
   
3. Renew* a certificate or apply for a new certificate
4. Follow the instructions to fill out the form and save
5. Click on the  "Printable PHRF Form" and print
6. Mail it with a $25 check, made out to HRYRA, to:

*If you had a valid certificate last year (2012) and have no changes, you can renew with one click. If you have changes you will be able to edit last years certificate and make changes. If you have a new boat, or did not have a 2012 PHRF certificate, you must "Apply for a new certificate."

Note: You will not receive a certificate in the mail. Once your boat is rated, it will be published on the site.
