HRYRA PHRF Boat Standards
All HRYRA Boats must:
- Be of 21.0 feet minimum length overall
- Have an enclosed cabin
- Have a self-draining cockpit
- VHF Radio
- Carry an engine (inboard or outboard)
- Carry appropriate (suitable) anchor and rode
- Carry US Coast Guard required and approved safety equipment
NOTE: Exceptions to these requirements may be made for a boat on an individual basis by vote of the HRYRA Board of Directors. Any such exception shall be noted on the PHRF certificate issued for that boat by HRYRA.
